ABOUT MIRIAM INTERVENTION
Funded by the Miriam Foundation, the Miriam Intervention (Gold Centre) is a private, not-for-profit organization with a mission to develop services, research and knowledge transfer, all while providing intervention programs to support the ever-increasing population of individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders.
Miriam Intervention uses evidence-based practices of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), more specifically, Verbal Behavior (VB) and Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), to teach new and adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors to increase a person’s quality of life.
We believe in a person-centered approach and our focus is determined by each person’s unique set of strengths, needs, and family priorities.
